The secret to our delicious pizza is time and quality ingredients. We start with making the dough. Curing and proofing for at least 48 hours, then stretching the dough by hand to form the perfect base; thin, chewy, and with a slight crisp to the crust.
Pizzas are topped with our homemade pizza sauce. Packed full of flavour from roasted tomatoes, garlic, and herbs.
Our toppings are sourced from the best local suppliers as well as imported Italian cured meats and products.
Once assembled we cook the pizzas in our 100% wood fired oven, using manuka wood to add to the flavour, at 350-400 degrees.
